Memorable Moment from the Military?

Conducting air—to-ground PSYOP leaflet dissemination via rotary winged aircraft over the city of Samara in Iraq, working alongside special forces teams, mechanized and light infantry, and conducting Air Assault Operations.

Number One Lesson Learned While Serving?

That there is more to the world we live in on a daily basis. The freedom and prosperity we experience in our country on a day to day basis is not something to take for granted. It came with a real cost and it is worth fighting for.

What Was Your Inspiration for Serving?

I enlisted shortly after 9/11. I had always desired to follow in the footsteps of my grandfather who was a paratrooper in WWII and the numerous other warriors from my lineage, but it was 9/11 that called me to action.
